Collaborating with Brett Wymer, Executive Vice President & C.O.O. of DLH Properties, and his dedicated team, we developed a tailored solution that not only upgraded the parking experience for residents but also simplified parking administration for the staff.

We worked with Sameer and his team to structure a zone-based parking system for our property where the parking disbursement was a little tight in certain areas on the property. Sameer was great and worked closely with us every step of the way to ensure he built our system custom to our needs. We’ve had the system active now for a little over 2 months and it has worked incredibly well and drastically improved the parking situation at the property. Understanding the Challenge

The Ascent at Grande Place is a prestigious residential complex managed by DLH Properties with 12 buildings and over 500 parking spots. Our journey began with a clear challenge: the community faced issues with parking disbursement, causing inconvenience for residents and management alike. In large residential complexes, efficient use of space and resident satisfaction are paramount. Recognizing this, we knew a customized solution was essential to address their specific needs.

Crafting a Customized Solution

Our goal was to make parking allocation as fair, efficient, and intuitive as possible. By dividing the parking lot into zones dedicated to nearby buildings and implementing electronic parking permits for each unit, we aimed to streamline the parking distribution and enhance the overall resident experience. Each resident can reserve an electronic permit for a space close to their building and extra vehicles would be allowed to reserve a permit in Overflow Zones. Guests can register for electronic permits in advance with a limit of 24 hrs. Unauthorized vehicles parked are cited/towed using our Enforcer app. No need for physical tags/kiosks/gates. The management gets a birds eye view on everything related to pakring with our comprehensive analytics dashboard.
